James Musser’s Newly Expanded Peaceland Guitar Ring® Lineup Debuts at NAMM Summer Session
The original concept was to wear the Peaceland Guitar Ring® (US Patent 7,476,792); on the middle sections of your fingers to allow the greatest amount of flexibility. This flexibility allows you to play all your favorite licks and instantly switch to a myriad of new and unique slide guitar tricks – all with the greatest of comfort. |

Due to the expanded interest of the lap steel community, the new line of Peaceland Guitar Rings® includes 10 lengths from 3/8″ to 3 3/4″. The 3 3/4″ length can be used as a “tonebar.” Unlike traditional tonebars, additional fingers are not required to hold the Peaceland Guitar Ring®. Felt pads hold the Peaceland Guitar Ring® snuggly on your finger freeing your other fingers to wear smaller Peaceland Guitar Rings® on the tips to achieve new harmonic combinations that have never before been possible. The shortest models can be used as thumb rings for steel guitar players. | |
GlassBrass® and GlassStainless® models also debuted at Summer NAMM. This new slide design, combining glass and metal, provides unique tonal possibilities. These slides are currently available by special order, but will soon be stocked in popular sizes. (US Patent 7,476,792) |
