What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Shipping charges are calculated per order and shown in the final computation. Most packages are shipped flat-rate which allows even multiple orders to be shipped at the same rate.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Visa, Mastercard and Paypal are available via Paypal and Square to domestic and international customers.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery time will depend on which items are selected (custom orders, glass models, mixed orders, international, etc.) We will contact you regarding a more specific delivery time for your order. You will receive notification from Stamps.com as soon as your order is processed. We ship all domestic orders with USPS Priority Mail to insure delivery can be verified. We appreciate your patience as we process your order for you as quickly as we can.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your purchases are protected with full SSL encrypted secure shopping. In addition our payment processors (Paypal, Square) add another layer of SSL protection to your financial transactions.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You order will be confirmed within 24 hours and marked as “Processing” in “My Account” pages.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an electronic invoice. It will be sent to your registered email. If you can’t locate it please check your SPAM folder.
